Start with par levels
“Par” is how many sets you keep per bed. Many hotels work on 3 to 5 par: one set in the room, one in the laundry, one on the shelf, plus spares. Vacation rental hosts often keep at least 2 to 3 sets per bed.
Towels
White towels are the hospitality standard because they can be bleached and look clean. Choose GSM based on your positioning and drying capacity.
Sheets
Poly-cotton percale blends are popular with hotels because they wrinkle less in commercial laundry. 100% cotton feels crisp and breathable but needs more care.
Keep it consistent
Use the same specification in every room and property so linens can be swapped freely, and quote reorders against that specification.
