- Carton size, weight and pallet configuration
- Labeling and country-of-origin marking
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Delivery address(es) and target date
Shipping charges depend on order volume, packed weight, shipping method and delivery location. Lead times and delivery dates are confirmed in writing for each order; we do not publish standard delivery promises.
Import duties and customs requirements depend on the product. We recommend working with a licensed customs broker for classification and clearance.
